I recently had my bike die on Harvey Ave in Kelowna. Had it towed to Valley Moto Sports after talking to a fellow biker who stopped and asked if we needed help. We got there on Friday afternoon and were leaving on Monday. The service department was so accommodating and had my bike in their shop and diagnosed before my daughter could get there from the East side. Luckily it was only my battery and they had one in stock. Of course it had to be charged up overnight so we left and came back the next morning. My bike was fixed and we even got a deal on the battery. It was such a great experience and I would recommend this shop for everything from service to purchasing a new bike to getting accessories. Definitely will be back on our next trip out there.

This is my second purchase from here and Cory my salesman was great to work with and was willing to spend as much time as required to make sure that my purchase was the right one. I always bring my bike back to their service dept as I always quality and consistently great service. Prices are great for service and having accessories added to my bike they did an awesome job at an awesome price and was spot on for the time to install. Recently purchased a new 2017 Kawasaki Versys 300X ABS plus accessories from Mike Maillet and can't say enough good things about the whole buying experience, service and parts are all awesome as well and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody looking for good prices and service.

I went there this weekend on Saturday looking for women's motocross pants and the girl in the apparel department was incredibly nice to work with. She was very helpful while still not being pushy or hovering over us. She was knowledgeable about all the different brand and seemed genuinely happy to be there. She made my shopping experience very enjoyable. I found some pants and my boyfriend even ended up finding some new gear. I would definitely make the extra milage to come to your location again for any other of my mx needs. Great Job!
